Adrian Peterson missed the bus, but he won't miss the game. The Minnesota Vikings running back generated alarm when he wasn't on the caravan that dumped teammates off at Soldier Field prior to Sunday's game with the Chicago Bears. NFL Network's Stacey Dales reported Peterson arrived separately at 10:23 a.m. CT, just an hour and a half before kickoff. The league's leading rusher flagged down a cab outside the team hotel shortly after 10 a.m., according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Risky move. Some Chicago cabbies wouldn't have been so generous with the timing. Source: NFL.com Posted via Mobile Device
