The Buffalo Bills have hammered out a $20.407 million deal with Alabama rookie defensive tackle Marcell Dareus, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation. The contract is fully guaranteed. Dareus was drafted third overall after a stellar career for the Crimson Tide. The 6-foot-3, 319-pound defensive lineman was a disruptive force at the line of scrimmage in the Southeastern Conference. He led the league in sacks in 2009 and was named defensive Most Valuable Player of the 2010 BCS national championship game where he knocked Texas quarterback Colt McCoy out of the game with a shoulder injury.
