Its hard to go by coach, because Gailey, Switzer, Campo and Phillips had little if any say in personel and Johnson and Parcells had alot of control ( just short of total control) and Garrett is very influential in personel now . Jerry at this point is really nothing more then a mouth peice Jones really does very little in the draft nowadays. Now Stephen Jones has control of that with Garrett and the director of scouting ( now McClay). Even before that Jeff Ireland made most of the picks.
