Jered Weaver and Jose Arredondo combined to no-hit the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday night - and it still wasn't good enough for the Los Angeles Angels. The Dodgers became the fifth team in modern major league history to win a game in which they didn't get a hit, defeating the Angels 1-0. Weaver's error on a slow roller led to an unearned run by the Dodgers in the fifth.

I though the Phillies' offense had been horrible lately, but to lose a game in which your pitchers don't give up one hit is a disgrace.

Funny thing is that MLB isn't recognizing this as a no hitter.

I think they just recently changed it so that you have to play nine innings for anybody to get credit for a no-hitter, so that rain shortened games couldn't leave a pitcher with a 5 inning no-no.
