FOXBORO — Left guard Logan Mankins had something of a Willis Reed moment yesterday in the Patriots’ regular-season finale against the Bills. Mankins went down in the first half of the 34-20 victory with a left ankle injury that appeared ugly enough for center Ryan Wendell to wave for the medical staff. Mankins, who isn’t one for drama, immediately attempted to pop back to his feet but needed assistance to the sideline before quickly determining they needed to check it out in the locker room.
