Dolphins DE Randy Starks and his attorney had hoped the aggravated battery charge against him would have been dismissed by now but the arraignmenthas been set for July 14 at 9 a.m. in Miami-Dade Circuit Court. Starks, 25, was charged with aggravated battery after allegedly veering his large, slow-moving truck into a police officer on South Beach in the early morning hours of May 24.
