According to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Steelers president Art Rooney was noncommittal Tuesday when asked about the future of veteran wide receiver Hines Ward. Rooney talked about Ward as an "all-time" Steeler great and "hopefully" a Hall-of-Famer but admitted that "tough decisions will have to be made" about the 2012 season.
