Sources say Chris Simms' poor performance in relief of the ailing Kyle Orton has led the Broncos to re-evaluate their backup QB situation. Simms signed a two-year deal in the offseason, but we hear the team will look for an upgrade at the position, and it wouldn't be a surprise if Simms is not back in 2010. Depending on what position Denver gets in the draft, I believe they will look for a QB, if a good one is available. Simms sucks, and will be lucky to find a job any where in the NFL after Denver dumps him. Orton is not the long term QB at Denver, but will do until they get one better.
