Dave Miller of the National Football Post reports Miami Dolphins wide receiver Brandon Marshall was penalized 15 yards for taunting last night when he tossed the football at Cutler while the quarterback stood on the sideline and there appeared to be an exchange of words afterwords. Of course, Marshall and Cutler played together in Denver. In the postgame news conference, Cutler cited Marshall's competitiveness as the likely reason for the exchange and he also noted that he was "getting after [Marshall] before the game." "He was just fired up," Cutler said. According to Omar Kelly of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Cutler made some comments about Marshall this week that the start receiver might have taken issue with.
