    The Bears are down to two quarterbacks after waiving Trent Edwards, according to the Chicago Tribune. The team will likely scour the wire to bolster that position.

    They will also seek help at safety, having cut 2012 third-round pick Brandon Hardin, who struggled in the preseason to adjust to a backup role.
