Chicago Bears left tackle Chris Williams has been ruled out for Sunday nights game vs. the New York Giants. The former first-round pick injured his hamstring early in the first half of the Bears' Week 2 victory in Dallas, which forced the Bears to turn to the tackle combination of Frank Omiyale and Kevin Shaffer.
