Bears RB Marion Barber (calf) did not return to practice Thursday as the team prepares for Week 16 against the Packers. There hasn't been talk yet of Barber being inactive Sunday, but even if he is active, the Bears don't necessarily have to lean on him with the emergence of Kahlil Bell.
