Starting strong safety Kevin Payne said he received clearance to return to action following shoulder surgery and he expects to participate in the first day of organized team activities Wednesday. "I got the word two weeks ago," Payne said before Jason McKie's Celebowl fundraiser Tuesday. "I'm more than happy that I get to come out for OTAs, practice with my teammates. It's all about chemistry. "I'm 100 percent. That's the good thing about it. I'm ahead of schedule. I'm just going to be out there flying around, ready to get at it."
