The Chicago Bears selected BYU running back Harvey Unga in the seventh round of the National Football League supplemental draft. Unga, the Cougars' all-time leading rusher, left school in April after violating the honor code. The Bears will forfeit a seventh-round pick in the 2011 draft. Source: Jeff Call, Deseret News
not bad for a 7. nic.ecomplement for the backs they have. find it sort of interesting that the guys above the bears didn't throw a 7 in for him.
I thought he might go for a 5th until his ankle injury. WIll be intresting to see if he can stay healthy
he was maybe projected as a 5th if he was in the actual draft, generally they go two plus rounds later in the supp, he is a developmental FB who could turn out to be a decent FB in a couple years in a league where the FB is a dying position. There was no way he was going higher than a 6th.
