    With Bears quarterback Jay Cutler going down today with an injury, the Bears will re-sign quarterback Jordan Palmer, Adam Schefter and Field Yates of ESPN report.

    DaBears22's Take: Anybody but Tebow, though this signing isn't good new for Bears fans. Who knows how long Cutler will be out.

    Yep, a groin injury is like a hamstring, only worse.

    Cutty could be gone a looong time with this one.

    I have no idea why the Bears cut Jordan Palmer after the preseason anyway. I'm hoping for the best out of Cutler's MRI today but i'm also prepared for the worst.
