The Bears players voted unanimously this evening to authorize decertification of the NFLPA if it comes to that in the showdown with owners over the labor future of the league. According to a source, the players were unified in their decision. Teams have been holding votes around the league and if the players to choose this path, it could lead to a very tricky battle with owners and put the antitrust exemption the NFL and its 32 teams now have in jeopardy.
