The latest infraction comes courtesy of Brandon Marshall, the Chicago Bears wide receiver who wore an interesting pair of shoes this past Thursday. He was wearing the shoes for Mental Health Awareness Week, and the NFL simply keeps showing that they are to stuck in their ways for their own good.
