Aaron Wilson reports via Twitter that the Cincinnati Bengals have signed third-round wide receiver Jordan Shipley to a four-year contract. The deal includes a $757,000 signing bonus. Shipley received the majority of the first-team snaps in three-receiver sets during offseason practices but will have to fight off Andre Caldwell for the third receiver position. He was drafted by the Bengals in the 3rd round of the 2010 NFL Draft with the 84th overall pick. Source: Aaron Wilson, Twitter.com
