CINCINNATI — The Bengals are missing their two starting tight ends for the final regular-season game against the Ravens. Jermaine Gresham (hamstring) and rookie Tyler Eifert (neck) are inactive for the game on Sunday. Alex Smith and Orson Charles start in their place.
