The Cincinnati Bengals have downgraded veteran offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth from doubtful to out. Whitworth had surgery on his left knee during the offseason. Whitworth had started his previous 67 games. With him out for Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears, Anthony Collins is set to start. He has 19 career starts and will now have to face defensive end Julius Peppers. Source: National Football Post
