Bengals safety George Iloka was fined $15,000 for a hit that concussed Green Bay Packers tight end Jermichael Finley, according to a source informed of the fine. Iloka hit Finley in the first quarter of the Bengals' wild 34-30 win over the Packers on Sunday. Finley left the game and didn't return The Packers have a bye this week, so he'll have extra time to recover. There was no penalty on the play, and Iloka already has filed an appeal. Source: NFL.com
