The Cincinnati Bengals waived running back Bernard Scott from the reserve/physically unable to perform list on Tuesday. Scott spent each of his first four NFL seasons with Cincinnati. He played just two games during an injury-plagued 2012 campaign, missing games early because of hand and ankle issues and later went on injured reserve in early October with a torn left ACL. The Abilene Christian product has 1,035 rushing yards and four touchdowns in 47 games, including three starts. He has averaged 24.5 yards on 73 kickoff returns, including a 96-yard touchdown against Pittsburgh in 2009. Source:Sports Network
