Dolphins football czar Bill Parcells came out from behind the iron curtain of Dolphins silence Monday to do a live chat on NFL.com. Parcells was noncommittal about linebacker Jason Taylor's return to the Dolphins in 2010. "I don't know the answer to the Taylor question at this moment, he's a free agent as of March 5 and we haven't discussed it yet so we'll see where that goes when the time comes." he said.
