The Bills announced five signings to their practice squad on Sunday. Those signees were guard Mark Asper, defensive end Jamie Blatnick, defensive end Izaan Cross, quarterback Thad Lewis and wide receiver Tommy Streeter. Asper was drafted by the Bills in 2012 but didn't make the roster. He spent the year with the Vikings and Jaguars. Streeter was drafted by the Ravens in the sixth round of the 2012 draft.
