    Chris Brown, of BuffaloBills.com, reports Buffalo Bills OT Brad Butler (back), DL Copeland Bryan (hamstring), DL Marcus E. Smith (undisclosed), CB Jairus Byrd (hernia) and WR James Hardy (knee) did not participate in the team's practice Thursday, Aug. 6.
