The Buffalo Bills have signed veteran free agent linebacker Akin Ayodele and placed linebacker Kawika Mitchell on injured reserve. Ayodele was listed as first on the depth chart when the Denver Broncos abruptly cut him this preseason. Ayodele is entering his ninth season. The 6-foot-2, 255-pounder started 15 games Miami last season and ranked third on the Dolphins with 70 tackles. In his eight-year career with stints with Jacksonville, Dallas and Miami, Ayodele has started 104 of 128 games played and posted 630 tackles with 9 1/2 sacks, nine fumble recoveries and 10 forced fumbles.
