Bills coach Doug Marrone said Tuesday quarterback EJ Manuel is "progressing well" as he recovers from knee surgery. Marrone said Manuel has been rehabbing daily with team trainers since undergoing surgery Aug. 18. Manuel still hasn't been ruled out for Week 1 against the Patriots, but Marrone said he's not ready to play yet. Jeff Tuel remains on track to be the Bills' Week 1 starter.
