Buffalo Bills running back C.J. Spiller returned to practice Thursday after sitting out on Wednesday with a shoulder injury. Spiller, who's totaled 308 rushing yards and averaged 9.3 yards per carry over the season's first three weeks, left Sunday's 24-14 victory over the Cleveland Browns in the first quarter after injuring his shoulder at the end of a 25- yard reception that was negated by a holding penalty. He did work off to the side with the Bills' strength and conditioning staff on Wednesday, and was a limited participant in Thursday's practice. Source: The Sports Network
