Bills RB C.J. Spiller Seeing Time At Wide Receiver

    Bills running back C.J. Spiller is not discouraged by his place on the depth chart heading into the season. Though Spiller had a tremendous finish in 2011, he is considered the No. 2 rusher behind Fred Jackson. “I’m not worried about carries,†Spiller said. “When your number’s called, you have to be ready and take advantage of it. It’ll come. I’ve got a strong faith, I know my time will come.†Spiller is encouraged by Buffalo’s many options on offense heading into the season. Spiller has lined up at running back and receiver at times this summer. “We’re just trying to put a lot of playmakers on the field,†Spiller said. “Obviously, the coaches consider me as one of those guys. I’m just trying to learn as much as I can and earn different things.â€
