Chris Brown of buffalobills.com answered a few questions in regards to the Bills recent OTAs. One of the questions was in regards to the Bills current backfield situation which Brown answered: "With respect to Fred (Jackson) and Dominic (Rhodes,) Rhodes is just getting a handle on the system and is being used sparingly. Jackson meanwhile has been split out a lot, and I mean a lot. That’s very telling considering the depth the Bills have a WR." Source: buffalobills.com
any buffalo fans have any insight on this? this is rather intriguing to me. jackson is actually built more like a wide receiver but are they trying to fit a square peg into a round hole? how is his route running? did jackson play any wr in college?
