Since Jackson was an exclusive-rights free agent who had not signed his one-year, $460,000 tender, Jackson was entitled to boycott offseason workouts. So the Bills worked out the situation, via a four-year deal. According to Allen Wilson of the Buffalo News, the contract is worth $7.5 million, and it includes a $1.1 million signing bonus and a $650,000 roster bonus in 2009.
