Bills running back Marshawn Lynch is going to contest his 3 game suspension for a misdemeanor gun charge in California. Lynch has filed an appeal with the NFL. The league has confirmed the appeal, but offered no details on when a hearing would take place. Source: WGR 55
3 games always seemed steep to me for a misdemeanor charge. I understand its a gun charge but if its considered such a minimul crime in the eyes of the law why shouldnt it be the same to the league
