The Buffalo Bills have signed offensive guard Mansfield Wrotto to the practice squad. Wrotto joins the Bills after being released by Seattle on Sept. 29. The 6-foot-3, 310-pound Georgia Tech product originally entered the NFL as a fourth-round draft choice of the Seahawks in 2007. Wrotto has played in 16 games, making five starts with Seattle.
