Bills To Sign Free Agent QB Matt Leinart

    With their top two quarterbacks banged up, the Bills will sign Matt Leinart, reports Fox Sports 1. Leinart played in two games last year for the Raiders, throwing for 115 yards with an interception.

    Bills coach Doug Marrone says he hopes rookie EJ Manuel (knee) will return to practice before the regular-season opener. Kevin Kolb, who was battling Manuel for the starting job, is dealing with concussion-like symptoms.

    I'd PUP Kolb if I where the Bills. A healthy Kolb is still better than a healthy Leinart.
