Bills WR Terrell Owens Says He'll Attend OTA's Next Week

With the Bills voluntary OTAs opening up on Monday, theres a strong likelihood Terrell Owens will be on hand from the start of the three day session. At least according to him. Owens said on his Twitter account that hell be in town next week for OTAs.
