Not sure what's going on, but it seems to be effecting anyone, if you do anything related to Adding a blog entry, deleting an entry, commenting an entry, approving a comment, etc. you get a error. It seems to be slightly different everytime here is an example of one. Whatever you were trying to do actually does go through and take place but it appears as if it doesn't. so unless you manually check you wouldn't think your action was completed.
I will have to check it out later....it might be a folder permissions error after the hacking issue. We had to update folder permissions on the server and lock some folders out.
