Though the Broward State Attorney's Office recently decided not to pursue charges against Miami Dolphins receiver Brandon Marshall's wife over a domestic dispute, the Broward Sheriff's Office this week released disturbing details about the April 22 incident at the couples' home in Southwest Ranches. According to the documents, which were released to the South Florida Times after a public record's request, police found large pools of blood in several places in the home, a bloody kitchen knife and a semi-automatic handgun with a loaded chamber. Michi-Nogami Marshall initially was charged with felony battery for allegedly stabbing her husband, but Marshall told investigators that he suffered the wounds by falling on a glass vase. Marshall's wife told police she acted in self-defense. The state said it dropped charges because of lack of evidence. Source: Miami Herald
Bloody floors, a bloody knife, and knife wounds is lack of evidence? huh. And that glass vase excuse is nice. If he beat her and she said she ran into a door would the cops be looking the other way?
