The Cardinals are holding out hope that receiver Anquan Boldin could play against Dallas on Oct 12, even though he underwent surgery Thursday evening to repair a sinus fracture. Boldin will not play week 5. Thursday, by the way, was Boldin's 28th birthday. Source: Arizona Republic
