Minnesota Vikings head coach Brad Childress did not reveal to his team who will start at quarterback during last night's team meeting, Judd Zulgad of the Star Tribune reports. During the week, Childress was reportedly leaning towards starting Tarvaris Jackson, but Brett Favre's ankle was feeling better late in the week. The 41-year old, who is currently riding a 291-game consecutive starting streak, returned to practice on Friday and Saturday, and told ESPN's Ed Werder that he'd like to start this afternoon against the New England Patriots. childress is such a genius, he's not only keeping his opponent in the dark about their starting QB......... he's taking it to the next level and not telling his own team .............. what a genius
Yes Captain, he is the ultimate tactician. Probably more important for the Vikings players to know than the Patriots, I don't think they or Belicik really care.
