Mike Garafolo of The Newark Star-Ledger reports via twitter that during an radio interview on WFAN, New York Giants running back Brandon Jacobs said he would be insulted if the team drafts Clemson running back C.J. Spiller with the No. 15 overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft. Garafolo cautions to take Jacobs' comments with a grain of salt. Its unlikely Spiller would be available when the Giants are on the clock and Jacobs is coming off a sub-par season, but he shouldn't be surprised if the team tries to upgrade the running game. Yeah, why would the Giants want to bring in a stud like Spiller?:icon_rolleyes: Get over yourself Jacobs and show your worth on the field. Then you don't have to concern yourself with this crap.
:icon_rolleyes: :icon_rolleyes: When you play on a team, you want the team to win and the team is going to do their best to get that done it may include letting you go.:icon_eek:
he should be ashame of himself for saying that.......when he insulted the whole giants team with his yards per carry and low production.
The Giants have to get back to owning the line of scrimmage – we need an offensive tackle that can open holes even Jacobs could run through.
