When it comes to Broncos receiver Brandon Marshall, its sometimes difficult to keep track of his legal docket. Cleared as to the possibility of a suspension arising from an arrest that occurred earlier this year involving the current woman in his life, Marshall still will be facing trial later this month due to an incident relating to the previous woman in his life. Although Marshall already has been suspended for his various pre-2009 run-ins with the law, he apparently could still receive further punishment from the league if convicted on the pending 2008 battery charges.
