The Denver Broncos held quarterback Peyton Manning out of practice Wednesday because of a minor ankle injury he suffered in the 39-33 loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday night. However, Manning said he would practice Thursday and that he planned to play Sunday against the Washington Redskins. "It was [head trainer Steve Antonopulos'] call, I didn't go down without a fight, I assure you,'' Manning said following Wednesday's practice.
