Denver Broncos kicker Matt Prater was arrested last week in Greenwood Village, Colorado for allegedly driving under the influence, The Denver Post reports. According to the report Prater was arrested on August 2 and has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and fleeing the scene of an accident. Prater, who turned 27 on Wednesday, has been with the Broncos since being signed off the Miami Dolphins practice squad late in the 2007 season. In 46 games with the Broncos, Prater has connected on 81.6 percent of his field attempts and has 67 touchbacks. Prater missed the last four games of the 2010 season with a groin injury, and is playing this season under a "Second Round" restricted free agent tender that carries a $1.835 million base salary.
