Broncos, LB Von Miller Agree To 4-Year $21M Deal

    The Denver Broncos have agreed to terms with linebacker Von Miller, the second overall selection in the NFL draft. Miller's agent and the Broncos put the finishing touches on a four-year deal worth about $21 million in between workouts Thursday. Football chief John Elway tweeted, "We have agreed to terms with our 1st round pick, LB Von Miller. Can't wait to get him on the field." He could be ready to hit the field for Thursday night's practice. Miller is the highest draft pick in team history.

    Now these are the numbers I like to see for rookie contracts. Seattle LB Aaron Curry, #4 overall pick two years ago, got a six-year, $60 million deal with $34 million guaranteed. Stoopid money.
