Broncos offensive guard Chris Kuper had his left leg placed in a splint and was taken off the field in a cart after he was injured Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs. Kuper was blocking on a running play in the first quarter when rookie right tackle Orlando Franklin rolled into the back of Kuper’s leg. Before he was taken off the field, many of Kuper’s offensive teammates came over to offer support, including quarterback Tim Tebow. Kuper is a stalwart on a young offensive line. Russ Hochstein took over Kuper’s spot. Source: Associated Press
