Denver managed to score 40-plus points for the second consecutive week, moving to 2-0 on the season, but the victory came at a potentially high price. Starting safety Duke Ihenacho (ankle), left tackle Ryan Clady (left foot) and defensive end Robert Ayers (unconfirmed) all left the game with injuries.

There has been no word yet from the Broncos on the severity of the injuries the three players sustained. We'll likely know more when the team returns to the practice field this week in preparation for a Week 3 showdown against the Oakland Raiders (1-1) on Monday Night Football.

Before leaving the game, Ihenacho had recorded five tackles while Ayers had totaled three and Clady had helped keep quarterback Peyton Manning upright, as New York's defense was unable to generate a sack.
