The Denver Broncos on Tuesday made their final two roster moves to get down to the NFL-mandated 75 players, a few hours before the 2:00 p.m. deadline. Neither roster move required the Broncos to release or waive a player. Safety Quinton Carter was placed on Injured Reserve, and center J.D. Walton was placed on the team's Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list. Carter will miss the 2013 season; Walton will miss at least the first six weeks before being eligible to return to practice and games any time over the next three weeks.
