Rookie tailback Knowshon Moreno's recovery from a sprained medial collateral ligament is stretching well into its second week. Moreno has not returned to practice since he was injured in the first quarter of the team's first preseason game Aug. 14 at San Francisco. There is a chance Moreno will be able to return to practice next week, though it is unlikely he will be ready to play in the final preseason game, Sept. 3 against Arizona. Source: DenverPost.com
