The Denver Broncos have signed veteran long-snapper David Binn, the team announced on Friday. Binn, 39, handled the snapping duties for the San Diego Chargers in 256 games from 1994 through Week 1 of the 2010 season before landing on injured reserve with a hamstring injury. Binn was released by the Chargers at the end of training camp and spent the 2011 season as a free agent. Lonie Paxton, the Broncos regular long-snapper, has been ruled out of tomorrow night's game due to a family-related personal matter. To make room for Binn, rookie fullback Austin Sylvester has been placed on waivers. Source: Mac's Football Blog
