The Denver Broncos have signed free agent tight end Jacob Tamme, Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network reports. According to La Canfora, the deal is worth $9 million over three seasons and contains $3.5 million in guaranteed money. A 2008 fourth-round pick out of Kentucky by the Indianapolis Colts, Tamme has 92 receptions for 855 yards and five touchdowns during his 60-game NFL career. Tamme had a career-high 67 receptions for 631 yards and four touchdowns in place of an injured Dallas Clark during the 2010 season, with all of those totals coming on passes thrown by newly-signed Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning.
